We place the order with our official suppliers in Korea and manage the entire import process until delivery to your business.

Products in this collection are imported to order from our suppliers in Korea. These suppliers work with minimum purchase amounts, so we have set a minimum order of €450 to be able to offer this service sustainably and maintain competitive prices for our customers.
No. Products on demand are handled independently of products available in stock, so they must be requested in separate orders.
Select the products you need and send us your request. We will check availability with our suppliers and, once confirmed, send you a proforma invoice with the estimated delivery time. After receiving payment via bank transfer, we will process the order.
Importation to our warehouse in Tenerife usually takes 2 to 3 weeks from order confirmation. If any product has a different lead time, we will inform you before issuing the proforma invoice.
Before confirming the order, we will check the availability of all requested items. If any product is unavailable, we will inform you so you can modify or remove that item before payment.
Once product availability is confirmed, you will receive a proforma invoice. Payment is made via bank transfer and the order will begin to be processed once the amount is received.
The prices published are indicative and are calculated based on current import costs. Should there be an exceptional variation by the manufacturer or in logistics costs, we will inform you before issuing the proforma invoice so you can decide whether to proceed with the order.
