After cleansing and toning, apply an adequate amount to clean, dry skin, avoiding the eye and lip areas. Gently massage until fully absorbed. Preferably use at night and adjust the frequency of use according to your skin's tolerance. During the day, always apply a broad-spectrum SPF 50+ sunscreen.
